His interest in high-growth companies began from a get-together in his then-Harlem apartment where he and his roommate hosted founders, aspiring angels, and VCs in their living room-turned-art-studio. Today, his legal sharpness focuses on counseling high-growth startups through venture financings and negotiating complex commercial, technology, and equity agreements as a trusted advisor to startups globally.

Abraham’s legal experience extends to non-profits, particularly in the GLAM sector (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums), where he’s become an astute counselor in strategic acquisitions and alliances.
