We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

2. User Accounts

If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to disable any user account at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

The content on our site is protected by copyright laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any portion of the website without prior written consent from us.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs our service. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Bullying or harassment
• Spam or unauthorized promotions
• Distribution of malware or viruses

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Return and Refund Policy

At Thunder Roll Ranch Boarding Facility, we are committed to providing high-quality boarding services for your horses. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns or refunds for boarding fees once services have been rendered.

Terms of Service:

• Boarding fees are non-refundable once your horse’s stay has begun.
• We do not offer partial refunds for early pick-up or shortened stays.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off date may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled drop-off date are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances:

• In cases of extreme dissatisfaction or failure to provide agreed-upon services, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Such requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion.

Process for Refund Requests:

1. Contact our administrative office via email or phone to initiate a refund request.
2. Provide detailed reasons for your request.
3. Our management will review your case within 5 business days.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
